Your privacy is very important to us, and we take it seriously. In order to use the Application, you must first accept this Privacy Policy. By clicking the accept button or downloading or using the Application, you are entering into and agreeing to be bound by this agreement.

If you do not or cannot accept this Privacy Policy, you are not permitted to use the application. In such case do not download or use the Application.

1. Analytics

We partner with certain third parties in order to understand how users engage with our application and how to improve it. When you use our application, your device automatically sends certain information to our analytics partners. The information gathered includes, for example, app usage, the device type, the session length, crash logs and interactions with various user interface elements (buttons) in the application.

The analytics data collected is anonymous and contains no personal identifying information. It does not collect, store or use any private information about you or your device content in a way to identify an individual user. Use of analytics services is essential in order to improve the app quality and workflow.

At first app startup, analytics partners may generate a random unique identifier which does not contain any personal information and cannot be used to uncover any such information.

2. Advertising

Hunting Points App may show ads to provide some content free of charge. Our advertising partners may collect additional data for their own purposes (e.g. to contextualize and personalize the ads in its own advertising network). Users in the European Economic Area (EEA) should provide the consent for ads personalization on the first app use.

In this connection, our advertising partners may collect and use information about you, such as your session activity, device identifier and coarse geo-location information etc. Please note that our advertising partners operate under their own privacy policies.

3. Mobile Identifiers

We use several services, which allows us to track and analyse which marketing channels or sources are producing the best results for directing users to download the Application and to help us understand how our users are using our app. For this purpose, Appsflyer and Facebook Analytics process mobile identifiers such as the IDFA, GAID or similar mobile identifiers. Each mobile identifier contains no personal identifying information.

4. Reliability

You are responsible for backing up, to your own computer or other device, any important data stored or accessed via the Application (e.g. locations, tracks, areas, catches, photos). We do not guarantee or warrant that any content you may store or access through the Application will not be subject to inadvertent damage, corruption or loss.

5. Security

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of your information. However, we cannot be held liable for any loss of or disclosure of data or any losses or damages incurred due to errors in transmission or unauthorized or unlawful acts of third parties or your decision to disclose your personal information.

No system can be 100% secure, and despite our efforts, there is always a risk of unauthorized access to your data. By using our Application, you assume this risk.

6. Modification or Amendment

Company may modify or amend the terms of this Privacy Policy at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice, by posting a copy of the modified or amended Privacy Policy on the Company website “https://huntingpoints.app”. You will be deemed to have agreed to any such modification or amendment by your decision to continue using the Application following the date in which the modified or amended Agreement is posted on the Company website. You are responsible to regularly reviewing the Privacy Policy.
